Our academic programme
In addition to sports, play, games and arts, our academic programme (literacy, mathematics, and social studies) is loosely based on the British EYFS and KS1 curricula. However, it has been adapted for non-native English learners, as well as to our Thai environment.
Learning Approach based on play and active learning:
Our learning programme is loosely based on the EYFS and Key Stage 1 UK curriculum. We believe in the following characteristics of effective teaching and learning:
  • Playing and exploring – children investigate and experience things, and ‘have a go’
  • Active learning – children concentrate and keep on trying if they encounter difficulties, and enjoy achievements
  • Creating and thinking critically – children have and develop their own ideas, make links between ideas, and develop strategies for doing things
